You are visitor MANDATE---MANDATE---MANDATE To understand how it is that we can remove the GST, put in place by members of a parliament that did so without the people requesting such an unjust tax, we need to fully understand the right we have to freely determine our own future. To begin with, elections in Australia are held under a system which does not allow you to freely express your will because you are required, by law, to attend a polling booth on election day and have your name marked off the electoral roll. There is no compulsory voting in Australia as you do not need to mark the ballot paper. You can put it, unmarked, into the ballot box. However, the fact that the parliament demands that you be somewhere on a chosen election day, under threat of fine or jail, demonstrates that they demand your obedience with menaces. That is not freedom that is dictatorship. We need to fully understand that the people of Australia are sovereign. Neither the parliaments nor their members, nor political parties can be, or are, sovereign. Being sovereign means that the people are the authority above the parliaments and politicians. It is the will of the majority of the people which must prevail. If it does not, it means that those who are members of parliament, and attempt to claim sovereignty over us, consider themselves dictators. You have been, are, and will be told lies by politicians, bureaucrats and others, who wish to maintain a system of control over you, that the people have to obey the law which is made by the parliaments and the people cannot change that. Rubbish. Nothing could be further from the truth. The majority of the people of Australia have always had, and do have, the absolute right to command the parliament to do whatever it is that the majority agree must be done. Such a command will be in written form and is called a Mandate. The word Mandate means order or command and is that which politicians falsely claim to have from time to time. You have heard them say I have a Mandate from the people, following elections. The problem with that is, no Mandate can come from an election. To prove this to yourself you need to make the realisation that on a ballot paper used for elections there are no instructions to tell a candidate what it is the voter wants the elected member to do. Without instruction there can be no order (Mandate). In addition to this, there is no voters name, address, date, electorate or signature to seal a contract between the voter and the elected member. No member of a local council, State or Federal parliament can legally say who it was that voted for them, due to the secret ballot system. If it were possible to get a Mandate from an election, the elected member would have to show what the order was and would have had to get over 50% plus 1 of the primary vote. Anything less than that would mean the candidate got over the line with preferences and would therefore not be directly chosen by the people. The newly elected member could not be selective of promises made during an election campaign, and would have to carry out each and every promise made, if it were possible to get a Mandate from an election. John Winston Howard, whose party (Liberal) only got 32% of primary votes in the last election, was claiming a Mandate to introduce the GST. Even with the primary votes of their National party coalition partners, they only got 40% of the total primary vote. So it is clear that there was not the support of the majority of electors wanting the GST. Hence, John Winston Howard was making false claims. Even if 100% of primary votes were given only to members of one party, that would still not be a Mandate, as there is no instruction on a ballot paper. The only way a parliament can get a Mandate is directly from the people, either as the result of a referendum or as a result of the people organising and gathering the signatures of over 50% of the appropriate voters on individual Mandate forms which are exactly the same in form and content so there can be no mistaking exactly what it is the people command. We waste time offering such a Mandate to the Governor-General or the State Governors, as they have been downgraded by successive parliaments to the position of Ministerial lackies who are made to accept and act upon the advice from Ministers. Therefore we collect the required number of Mandate forms, completed accurately, and signed, and present the Mandate from the people to the appropriate Parliament, State or Commonwealth, as the case may be. After receiving a Mandate the parliament has no option but to obey the written, expressed will of the people. In this instance we are collecting Mandates from over half the Queensland electors to give to the Parliament Assembled instructing it to withdraw from the Goods and Services Tax arrangements with the Commonwealth parliament and hold a binding referendum of the people of Queensland before any future taxes or imposts are introduced that affect the people of Queensland. The forms will be available on this web-site soon and we will also make the site accommodate a facility for other States to do the same. Victoria and Western Australia have people getting ready to collect Mandates in those States. It only takes one State to withdraw from the GST arrangements and it cannot operate. It matters not which State achieves the desired numbers first and in fact it will be a bit of a contest between the States. To gather Mandates from over 50% of the voters to present to the Commonwealth Parliament means gathering over 6 million individual Mandate forms. A huge task. We should also understand that petitions are next to useless as they are requests. We do not need to request our re-presentatives to carry out our will, we need to tell them, to order them, to command them, in other words MANDATE them to obey the will of the people. It is not that hard. If the people of Australia are too lazy or too ignorant of the facts to ensure that their will is understood by their re-presentatives, the people deserve that which they accept. The members of parliament are not mind-readers, and they will not go out of their way to discover that will. They are too busy ensuring their own nests, and those of their parties, are feathered. They have no real interest in the people except to offer lip service at election time to get themselves elected by telling any number of lies to achieve that aim. Ex-Senator Richardson said it all in his book Whatever it Takes when he admitted that politicians lie to get what they want. John Winston Howard lied to us by telling us that the GST would NEVER EVER be introduced by his party. He then lied again to us by claiming he meant NEVER EVER in the life of that current parliament. Bob Hawke lied when he told us the By 1990 no Australian child will be living in poverty. As he made that pronouncement the only sound that could be heard around Australia was the sound of people falling off their chairs and killing themselves laughing or gasping at the thought he could be so stupid as to believe that we would believe him. Paul Keating told us that It is L-A-W Law and set in concrete. The problem was they used imported concrete and it fell apart within a month. The GST will be removed, it may well be replaced by a debit tax. You need to understand fully that taxation is not about anything other than control of the people. If the powers that be were serious about their claims to do what is best for the people, the GST would only be applied at the retail transaction. Instead it is applied at each step in the wholesale chain as well but returned as a credit to the wholesaler. It serves no other purpose than to gather information about your business for the purposes of control. Time to cast off the yolk. Draw a line in the sand and advise the politicians that you have had enough. Tell everyone you know and meet that the web-site is up and running and they can play their part in ridding us of the unwanted GST. You now can now join in and sign a Mandate and rid us of the scourge. MANDATE---MANDATE---MANDATE
