The Claim and Statement of Claim (links below) regarding the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Authority) and the FEDERAL MINISTER for HEALTH and AGING, TONY ABBOTT, available for viewing and comment on this site, are to be served upon that MINISTER before any more moves are made toward restricting our rights and freedoms to decide our own health regimes. I ask for all to comment on the document contents with positive and constructive criticism with a view to making the documents as formidable as can be.
The Statement of Claim must contain statements that are true and correct and unable to be refuted by the MINISTER. The lesser the number of words contained in each statement the better. This prevents unscrupulous lawyers working for the government from misinterpreting statements in favour of the MINISTER and government. Please make suggestions that can make each statement as short as possible without diluting its content. Please suggest any other statements that will serve us positively.
I am aware that there will be those who will want to destroy the documents with their suggestions and these are the “plants” from government and the pharmaceutical industry. We are on the look out at all times for this.
Any documents with authoritative backing regarding injury and deaths caused by the conventional medical practice and administration of drugs by doctors and hospitals in general will be most welcome, as will any documents demonstrating the prevention of sickness and death attributable to food supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, natural remedies and natural treatments. Any documents showing other positive benefits of these food supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, natural remedies and natural treatments will also be most welcome.
Documents claiming otherwise will also be most welcome so we may see what we are up against in the big corporation’s greed for money and control.

This is not a Class Action as such, but is an action by myself, Leonard Clampett, because I am dependent upon food supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, natural remedies and natural treatments for my continued good health and if we do nothing we will soon be completely at the mercy of big pharmaceutical corporations and completely under their control and will suffer deteriorating health because of this. That is a simple statement of fact. I have never met anybody who has consented to being under the control of any corporation. The big pharmaceutical corporations are overly represented on the board of the TGA. However, it is an action that will be supported by a Class of people, namely those who are interested in their own and their family’s health, and we should be able to muster at least a million signatures minimum by utilising the natural health networks through health food stores, natural health practitioners and all those who want continued access to these natural health remedies. These remedies include all natural health remedies such as the various disciplines, including but not limited to, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Homeopathy, Chiropractic, Remedial Massage etc.., etc.. and machines.
Speak to everyone you know, and meet, about this action.
Once the documents are finalised they will be put up again on this, and other web-sites, for all to see and there will be a form available for print out, allowing all to show their 100% support for the action. These blank forms can be photocopied for distribution. Once completed they should to be sent to an address, to be advised, where they can all be added to the submission as an Annexure of support documents.
